Monday 6th May - Comfortable cup victory for Women's 1st XI

Sefton Park Women's 1st XI hosted Penwortham in the first round of the Lancashire Cricket Foundation Women's T20 Knock Out Cup.

Winning the toss and electing to bat, the visitors were soon regretting the decision as they were bowled out for just 30 off 14.4 overs. Caitlin Summers (3-10) was the pick of the bowlers with a hat-trick.

Sefton completed a nine wicket win in the fifth over with Sarah Jackson (10*) and Laura Stringman (8*) the not out batters.
