The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 27 starting at 7:30pm in the function room. All members and junior members' parents/guardians are encouraged to attend.
At the AGM, we will elect candidates to the management board, and also agree annual subscription rates and adopt the Annual Report and approved Statement of Accounts (which cover the period November 2023 to October 2024).
Management Board positions to be elected at the AGM are: President, Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Equality Diversity and Inclusion Champion, Junior Secretary, Business Chair, House Chair, Communications Chair, Club Safeguarding Officer, Membership Secretary, Ground Chair.

If any member is considering standing, then you must be proposed by two Members, in writing (for the avoidance of doubt this includes email). Nominations must be in the hands of the Secretary no later than Thursday, February 13. Please contact club secretary James Daniels (jamesdaniels3@live.com)
Nominations will be displayed on the noticeboard by Thursday, February 20.
